Are you a dynamic and resultsdriven sales professional with a passion for hospitality We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth by developing new and existing accounts in the MICE Business Group Meetings and Wedding sectors.
About the role:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of local and national accounts identifying and converting new business leads.
- Represent the hotel at networking events exhibitions and client engagement evenings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Office Manager and wider sales team to drive business growth.
- Analyse reports and market trends to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Work closely with Hilton AOS and HWS to maximise crosssell opportunities.
- Oversee CRM systems social media marketing and PR strategies in alignment with brand standards.
- Partner with the Food & Beverage team to enhance awareness and sales in the local market.
- Drive sales culture within the hotel and support community and charity initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through direct engagement feedback collection and service enhancement.
- Maintain GDPR compliance and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and guest security.
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
- Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems reporting and market analysis.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to business needs.
