Sales Executive Overview

We are looking for a Sales Leader with a strong background in marketing strategy and service selling to grow Kalungi and develop its Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial adept at problemsolving and be able to marry strong marketing strategy with impressive sales knowhow and skills. This role is critical in driving sales and growing Kalungi.

In this role you will be the jack of all sales in our dynamic agency environment. We value someone who can own the entire sales process. Whether its collaborating with marketing on the top of the funnel working with internal stakeholders to align prospect needs and engagement scopes or negotiating & closing deals your ability to both think strategically and sell effectively will be vital. This role demands a unique blend of flexibility quick learning and the capacity to provide effective solutions in a fastpaced setting. Youll be the heart of our sales team ensuring consistent revenue growth collaboration and transparency as you generate new revenue. Your contribution will be critical for the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calls emails and networking events.
    • Conduct thorough research to understand clients businesses industries and marketing needs.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to prospective clients.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the companys business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends competitor activity and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prospect Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong prospect relationships by understanding their business needs and consulting them on tailored solutions that will drive real impact for their companies.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a clean handoff once a prospect closes ensuring great delivery of services and results.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices in sales methodologies tools and technologies to maximize the teams productivity.
    • Manage clear accurate sales reporting to give transparency to the leadership team.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Drive the expansion of the client base and revenue through effective lead generation prospecting and conversion strategies.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Team Development:
    • Recruit train and develop a highperforming sales team.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations provide constructive feedback and implement training programs to enhance team skills.

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
  • Hubspot proficiency is a plus.
