Your Role:

As a host youll set the tone for our guests dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.

Managing Reservations: Handle bookings and walkins efficiently.

Seating Guests: Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.

Menu Knowledge: Provide information about our offerings and specials.

Assisting with Waitlists: Keep track of waiting guests and ensure timely seating.

Customer Interaction: Engage with guests answer questions and address any concerns.

What Were Looking For:

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customerfacing role is highly desired.

Positive Attitude: Thrive under pressure and enjoy interacting with guests.

Team Player: Work well with servers bussers and other staff.

Attention to Detail: Handle reservations and seating accurately.

Skills Needed:

Physical Requirements:

On Your Feet: Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.

HandsOn: Reach lift bend stoop and wipe continuously.

Personal Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness including frequent hand washing.
