The Community Support Services (CSS) Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the CSS Manager in delivering traumafocused culturally aware and communitybased direct services to individuals youth and families impacted by community violence in the service areas of Austin Lawndale Garfield Park Humboldt Park Logan Square Belmont Cragin and Hermosa. The CSS Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and operational functions of the program including supporting wellness advocate teams ensuring grant compliance and promoting community engagement. The CSS reports directly to the Manager of Community Support Services (MCSS).
