Job Description
1. Develop and work on a comprehensive business development plan from ongoing lead generation till project launch
2. Be the first point of contact with societies and/ or Channel partners to solicit proposals
3. Prepare and present to management the project feasibility with cash flows including revenue operating plan with indepth underlying market research including typology mix for better absorption in the micro market launch strategy including approval timelines pricing project life cycle pricing and volume mix capital structure requirement to finance the project
4. Responsible for end to end tendering for societys replacement. Prepare various reports as per the format of the PMCs/societies as required
5. End to end evaluation (till of the new development agreement with the land owner/ registration of definitive documents with the society) of a new land by doing complete due diligence
6. Responsible for being abreast with the latest changes in the regulatory environment and accurately evaluating the proposals and identifying the best case scenarios as per the various regulations/ schemes
7. Organize corporate presentations and site visits for the members of the various societies /PMCs and land owners
8. Closely working with legal and compliance team on development agreements for various land and society redevelopment transactions
9. Overseeing ongoing communication of the Realty market weekly monthly quarterly annual MIS preparation
Qualifications and skills
1. Postgraduation in finance
2. A proven track record of 1012 years in to Real Estate sector
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Stake holder management
5. Well versed experience with design & planning and implementation of business development strategy
6. Conflict resolution and ability to selfmotivate and motivate team
