Requirements: Administer score analyze and interpret intellectual academic social/emotional/behavioral andother psychometric assessments in accordance with existing Federal and State laws and regulations.Integrates all elements of assessment data into a cohesive report for the purpose of determining eligibility for special education.Communicates test results conclusions and recommendations clearly and concisely through oral and written reporting to school staff guardians and other service providers as appropriate.Connect families with other school and community resources.Consults with school staff administration and parents in resolving students academic social emotional and behavioral concerns.Collaborates with school staff and/or parents in developing implementing evaluating and maintaining behavioral and other interventions.Consults and collaborates with mental health medical social services and other community providers as appropriate.Provide brief supportive counseling to students in both individual and group settings.Complete risk assessments with students who present themselves as a potential threat to themselves or others.Supervise paraprofessionals who provide behavior management services for students and sign Medicaid billing logs.Attend building level student concern meetings as well as building impact team meetings.Attend professional development opportunities provided by the district as well as professional conferences workshops and seminars.Provide training in areas of expertise to staff.Maintain appropriate and confidential records as necessary.Perform all other duties or special assignments as may be delegated by the Student Services Administrator.
