Commercial Construction Administrator

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage and trackRFIs submittals and change orders ensuring timely communication with GCs.
  • Coordinate project documentation contracts and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers to support ongoingmechanical construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with project closeout procedures.
  • Communicate with clients subcontractors and vendors to facilitate smooth project .
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience handling RFIs change orders and submittalsin commercial construction.
    Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
    Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
    Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
