Job Title: Nanny (LiveIn)
Location:East Hampton NY
Job Type:FullTime LiveIn (July August and September)
Compensation:$35$45/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
A family expecting their first baby in June is seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to assist with newborn care in East Hampton. This livein role requires someone who understands when to step in and when to give the mother space. A quiet caring and attentive personality is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide handson newborn care (feeding diapering soothing).
- Maintain and clean babyrelated items.
- Monitor infant development (tummy time reading etc..
- Light housekeeping (laundry tidying babys area dishes).
- Meal prep and hydration support for mom.
- Run errands as needed.
- Assist with doctors appointments if required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in newborn care (nanny postpartum doula or similar).
- Warm patient and respectful of family dynamics.
- Knowledgeable in infant milestones and postpartum care.
- Comfortable with dogs and occasional dog walking.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Valid drivers license preferred.
