WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Leading a management team of 34 and overseeing a team of 25 consulting professionals
- Providing senior leadership to managers and staff while working with peers on joint projects
- Acting as a Change Agent; formulating project management strategy for service teams and ensuring consistency across the program
- Ensuring teams adherence to processes procedures and policies
- Improving current service programs to allow for scale and introducing new programs that meet the needs of highly strategic healthcare organizations
- Providing approvals on deal reviews contract negotiations and maintenance issues
- Monitoring staff performance
- Coordinating with senior management to assure projects are meeting corporate and client objectives
- Executing resource allocation to meet project objectives while achieving optimal utilization and quality
- Ensuring projects are managed within the contracted schedule and budget through regular reporting and review
- Developing consulting programs that increase overall value of Relias solutions and enable our clients to streamline work flows improve lives of those they serve and drive savings across their organization
- Demonstrating strategic agility development of direct reports strong decision making analytical and communications skills
- Performing employee reviews participating on department task forces initiating process improvements and delivering presentations as necessary
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years leading project management and/or consulting teams
- 10 years of experience in project management and/or consulting
- Demonstrated understanding and of project management principles
- A coaching and mentoring mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong sense of ownership
- Demonstrated ability to implement plans with a defined process metrics and desired outcomes to ensure strong focus and consistent
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a metricsdriven processbased environment with high accountability
- Demonstrated ability to create update and utilize project documentation including but not limited to: project plans charters scope risk logs status reports executive reviews statements of work change orders risk logs and project toolkits
