Are you a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for you to join our PRN PTA team in Prairie du Chien WI with the potential for additional hours if youre available to support our team in Lancaster WI and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
