Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel Fifth District
Our Organization and Mission:
The five Regional Counsel offices were created by the Legislature pursuant to Section 27.511 Fla. Stat. in 2007 to provide legal representation to indigent persons in criminal conflict cases where the Public Defender has a conflict or in cases where there are multiple codefendants. The Regional Counsel Office Fifth Region serves 4 judicial circuits and 13 counties including Marion County.
Criminal Defense Attorney The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel 5th District is seeking a full time criminal defense attorney in Daytona Volusia County and also to handle cases in next door Flagler County. If you want to litigate high level felony cases including cases then this is the job for you. You will be in court daily practicing before judges and juries. The primary objective of the attorney is to litigate and provide the most effective and efficient representation possible to our indigent clients.
