They are expanding and looking for two talented tax professionals who love the work bring a positive attitude and are excited to be part of a closeknit team.Position 1: Tax Preparer & Financial Services Contributor

Were looking for someone with a passion for individual tax prep and planning but whos also excited to wear a few different hats in the offseason. From assisting with client onboarding to supporting financial advisors this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a variety of responsibilities and enjoys working on a collaborative team.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare and review individual tax returns using DRAKE
- Collaborate with advisors on tax planning strategies
- Contribute to firm operations and client services during the nontax season
- Participate in crosstraining and professional development

Were hiring an experienced CPA to lead our tax services with confidence and vision. Youll be the goto expert for tax strategy and compliance working closely with clients and our advisors to deliver proactive highquality tax planning yearround.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the preparation and review of complex individual tax returns
- Advise on taxsaving strategies across client portfolios
- Mentor junior team members and guide internal tax processes
- Stay current on changing tax laws and implications for our clients
- Minimum 5 years of experience in individual tax preparation and planning
- Strong knowledge of federal state and local tax laws
- Proficient in DRAKE or similar tax software plus Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Clear professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized detailoriented and proactive
