We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Automation Developer to join our team. This role is focused on healthcare revenue cycle management and while prior experience in automation development is not required a solid understanding of revenue cycle processes finance and mathematics is essential.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for automation within the revenue cycle management process.
Assist in the design development and implementation of automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively.
Provide support and troubleshooting for automationrelated issues.
Document automation processes and create user guides for team members.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Healthcare Administration preferred or the equivalent work experience required.
Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is required.
Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python JavaScript or similar is a plus.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
WORK EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with automation tools and platforms (e.g. UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
