Job Description
Overview
Our client is a highly acquisitive organization and seeking finance expertise to help drive continued growth and play a key role in helping achieve operational goals. This role will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with crossfunctional business partners gaining high visibility to key stakeholders such as board members and Csuite through the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will be driven detailoriented and an agile team player with strengths in financial analysis modeling and planning to support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Complete financial analyses and modeling supporting key strategic and financial decisions
- Play a critical role in preparing annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Make recommendations to internal stakeholders informed by financial analysis and ongoing monitoring of business performance
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual reporting for key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with broader finance/accounting teams
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Bachelors degree in finance or related field; masters degree and/or professional certification (e.g. CMA CPA) is a plus
- Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis; wellversed in P&L
- Solutionoriented mindset and work approach; glass half full mentality
- Advanced Excel skills; strong in PowerPoint
