Job Description
Join our talented culinary team in a fastpaced fine dining environment. Breakfast lunch dinner beach service satellite concessions and award winning banquets all add to a diverse culinary experience.
Compensation: $18.75 $23.75 based on experience
The ideal candidate for this position
- Professional culinary experience with a minimum 2 years grill and saut experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required culinary degree preferred.
- Clear understanding of menu items
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods food items equipment etc.
- Be able to multi task in high volume kitchen.
What you will be doing
- Set up and stock all food stations with necessary supplies
- Prep all needed food items for service
- With the help of kitchen staff proper of menu items
- Ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always in high quality
- Certify that all nutrition and sanitation regulations are maintained
