Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Be the face of Playtech maintaining and developing the business and operational relationship with Playtechs partners in your portfolio by providing firstlevel commercial support effectively to meet our partners needs and requests.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partners business by forging deep interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage game launches marketing promotions and organize quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive usage and upsell of Playtech tools products and services and coordinate any training requests. 
  • Be an expert on Playtech products not a technical mastermind but eager to work with internal product stakeholders and learn a lot. 
  • Maintain awareness with regards to any updates that may have business impact. 
  • Assist with Technical issue escalations and any queries that our partners may raise beyond the scope of Technical Support and engage other departments in the organization accordingly. 
  • Have fantastic colleagues to guide you and an unlimited number of opportunities for growth and selffulfillment within an international business environment.

Additional Information :

ACCOUNT MANAGERS TEAM  
Account Management Team in Estonia is part of a wider Commercial Business Unit which provides Account Management and Operational Support to almost 30 different partners of Playtech industry leaders such as Bet365 William Hill Betclic etc. These companies use Playtechs software and services. Our team of 4 people come from various backgrounds ranging from philology to international relations and aviation providing our partners a focal point for communication with Playtech.
