Nursing Home Manager

Are you an experienced leader in the care sector looking for a rewarding opportunity Our client a wellestablished nursing home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Home Manager to oversee their highquality residential and nursing care service for older adults. The Nursing Home Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the service ensuring exceptional standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations. This is an opportunity for a driven individual with a strong track record in nursing home management to take on a key leadership role within a supportive and wellresourced environment.

What Were Looking For:

  • Nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin or a Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a track record of achieving good or outstanding CQC ratings.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and support a diverse team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for residents.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets within a care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong and effective leadership to the care team fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Ensure highquality personcentred care that meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC requirements working towards Good or Outstanding ratings.
  • Oversee operational and financial management of the home ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents families staff and external stakeholders.
  • Lead on staff recruitment retention and professional development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in care standards policies and procedures.
