Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 11 to 15 years of experience to lead and manage complex technical projects ensuring successful delivery while aligning with business objectives. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Azure and ServiceNow coupled with a deep understanding of program management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management:
Plan execute and monitor multiple technical programs and projects across teams.
Define scope goals and deliverables while managing risks dependencies and constraints.
Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum or SAFe methodologies for efficient .
Cloud & Platform Expertise:
Lead initiatives involving Microsoft Azure ensuring best practices for cloud architecture security and governance.
Strong knowledge of Azure architecture cloud security networking and virtualization concepts.
Strong knowledge ofServiceNow implementation.
Familiarity with ITIL/ ITSM and project management tools.
AZ305 certification is required.
Experience with InfrastructureasCode (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
Act as a bridge between business development and operations teams.
Communicate project updates risks and resolutions effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
Work closely with engineers architects and product managers to drive technical excellence
Process Improvement & Governance:
Define KPIs and metrics to track progress and success.
Establish and improve operational processes using ITIL best practices and automation through ServiceNow.
Optimize cloud cost management and resource utilization on Azure
Risk & Compliance Management:
Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in cloud and IT operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 1115 years in IT with at least 5 years in Technical Program Managementor Project Management role for Azurebased projects.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure architecture cloud security networking and virtualization concepts.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Familiarity with ITIL/ ITSM and project management tools.
- Technical Understanding: Experience with DevOps principles and tools in an Azure environment including Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Tools & Technologies: Azure DevOps ITIL frameworks and relevant cloud & ITSM tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership communication problemsolving and stakeholder management skills.
