Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:Incharge promotes develops and overseas compliance of the company quality system. Effectively assuring compliance of customer requirements by managing quality policies standards procedures and practces while driving and facilitating continuous improvements.
ROUTINE DUTIES: Identifying and establishing a companys quality procedures standards and specification as per BOM and drawings
Responsible for total Quality management system
Reviewing customer complaints and requirements and making sure they are met
Setting up procedure to control rework & rejection
Working with puchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers
Develops policies and procedures to ensure quality product
Maintain and improve product quality by completing product company system compliance and surveillance audits investigating customer complaintscollaborating with Management to develop new product and engineering design
manufacturing and training methods.
Manage and maintains the companys quality inspection and product release program for incoming and in process materials and components processes and finished goods.
Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes measuring documenting evidence and updating Quality Assurance Procedure
Should have knowledge on BIS standards.
Instrumentation Calibration and Documentation
Monitoring identification of material and traceability
Root cause Analysis Corrective Action & preventive Action and Documentation
5S Training and Implementation
PERIODICAL DUTIES:Inspection of Jigs & Fixture
Calibration of measuring instruments and equipments
Control on Rework and Rejection

c. Qualification : B Tech/ M Tech
d.Experience: 10 15 years in manufacturing companies
e. Required spoken languages: English Hindi and Telugu
f. Required written languages: English Telugu
g. Skilled required : Total Quality management system and Quality of the product related machinery manufacturing industries QC process in manufacturing of SPM & thorough knowledge in ISO & 5S implementation.
