Job Description
Park Avenue Group a subsidery of Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with regional bank over $22 billion in assets in their search for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Middle Market Credit Analystto support its growing CRE portfolio. This role focuses on underwriting and analyzing construction and development (D&C) loans for multifamily singlefamily developments townhomes condos and mixeduse projects. The analyst will assess credit risk structure loan terms and ensure compliance with the banks credit policies while working closely with relationship managers and senior leadership.
Job Requirements:- 10 years of CRE underwriting experience specializing in construction and development loans.
- Formal credit training from a bank or financial institution.
- Expertise in financial statement analysis loan structuring and risk assessment.
- Strong knowledge of market trends regulations and real estate finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical communication and decisionmaking skills.
