Job Description
- RELOCATION TO GREECE not possible to work remotely from Portugal you will sign a contract with a Greek employer and work in Athens in the offices in Athens or remotely but only from territory of Greece.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Greek employer.
Project:
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service toPortuguesespeaking customers of one of the most well known companies in the world.
What you will be doing:
- Process requests and resolve customer issues
- Manage of incoming calls chats messages and emails
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements:
- Fluency inPortuguese(must be at least C2
- Communicative level of English language (B2
- You live in Athens Greece or you areready to relocate to Greece
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer:
- Base salary:gross x 14 months
- 14 salaries per year (as per Greek law)
- Monthly Bonus of up to 20 of the base salary (Euro gross per month)
- Full time 40h/week) fixedterm Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
- Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
