Job Description
Job Title: Sheet Metal Decking Installer
Location: Nationwide 100 Travel Required)
Compensation: $20.00$30.00 per hour
Benefits: Per Diem Health insurance Dental Vision 401K Match 6 Holiday & Vacation pay

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Deck Installer/Ironworker to join our team. This role involves the safe installation of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable safetyconscious and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
- Operate hand power pneumatic and powderactuated tools safely and effectively
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Accurately report time and attendance using technology
- Comply with OSHA customer and company safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 100 nationwide travel required
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work at heights over 40 feet
- Experience working with hand power pneumatic and powderactuated tools
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus):
- OSHA 10Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Welding Certification
- Aerial Lift Certification
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime nonexempt position
- Work hours based on job site requirements
