Title:Transit Coop 4 Months) Vancouver Fall 2022
Work Term: SepDec 2022.
Position Summary:
Hatch is seeking a Civil Coop Student with interest in Railway & Transit for a 4month internship starting September2022. Reporting to Rail & Transit Projects you will support offices globally working from our Vancouver office location.

Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a design team assisting with conceptual preliminary and detailed design; site inspection; design calculations report writing.
- Coordination with engineers designers and related disciplines as required to assist with project deliverables;
- Preparing design submissions and other technical documents;
Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled inBachelorsdegreein Civil/Structural Engineering;
- Experience in the use of either or:AutoCAD Microstation and/or Civil3D
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook);
- Problem solving skills and analytical;
Competencies (knowledge skill attributes):
- Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they applytoengineering problems and projects
- Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges
- Ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately.
