Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of regulations related to the transportation of hazardous goods.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on operational metrics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and train warehouse staff providing coaching and support to promote a highperformance culture.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes and layouts to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor equipment and facilities ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain performance and resolve any operational issues.
