Job Description
Abra Auto Body & Glass is a growing shop that appreciates and values everyones contributions. We are looking for the right person to fill the position of Parts Coordinator wanting to work in a strong connected work environment.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational communication and collaborative skills
- Effective proactive problemsolving skills to minimize production down time
- Solid understanding of automobiles preferred but not required
- A sense of urgency to provide timely distribution of parts to technicians to meet production schedule
- Must be enthusiastic about giving and receiving feedback be accountable and hold others accountable
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean production floor parts room and general shop appearance
- Periodic crosstraining with other positions within the body shop
- Correctly mirror match parts and inspect quality as delivered
- Ability to manage multiple functions and lines of communication
- Aptitude to continuously learn and understand body shop processes
Must have a valid Drivers License. Candidates must successfully complete a Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check. We are an EEO employer.
