What Were Looking For:

Were searching for someone who is technically minded passionate about the fenestration industry and driven

to make a lasting impact. The ideal candidate will:

Have experience as a Senior Order Processor Estimator or similar technical role with a hunger to grow

into a leadership position.

Possess a solid understanding of factory operations CNC machinery and relevant software (experience

in profile development is a bonus).

Demonstrate a proactive visionary approach always seeking ways to improve processes and innovate.

Be a natural leader confident in making decisions and inspiring others to deliver excellence.

Have strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Be customerfocused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Show a clear passion for the industry and a desire to climb to the top.
