Job Description
Now hiring! Facilities Maintenance Associate at Uniform Advantage (UAN)
- Base pay starts at $17 an hour
- Earn $.75 more/hour for evening shifts
- Earn $1.00 more/hour for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed

- Responsible for minor building maintenance repairs
- General warehouse cleaning and organizing
- General maintenance and preventive maintenance around the facility
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Responsible for keeping warehouse organized and cleaned
- Assisting with projects such as reconfiguring buildings moving office space and other light facilities functions
- Assist with the inventory and maintenance of existing furniture and equipment
- Assist with the setup of meeting rooms: furniture chairs tables projectors easels flip charts white boards etc.
- Required to operate various types of power equipment
- Previous custodial experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility required 15 years)

- General knowledge of hand tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Walk up to 5 miles a day
- Stand walk or sit for long periods of time
- Crouch kneel or crawl (occasionally)
- Lift push or pull up to 40 pounds
- Be able to handle noisy conditions
