Overview:The Digital Marketing Director will lead the digital marketing eCommerce and digital marketplace strategies for pHD Feminine Health and CONCRET reporting directly to the CMO. This role is critical in driving growth across all digital channels including Amazon and other digital marketplaces while ensuring seamless collaboration across the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in digital marketing eCommerce and marketplace management with the ability to lead a highperforming team and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing eCommerce and digital marketplace strategy to achieve brand and revenue goals.
- Oversee performance across paid media SEO organic social email marketing Amazon and other digital marketplaces.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team including the Digital Marketing Manager Digital Marketing Specialists (SEO Google/AMZ) Social Media Manager (Paid/Organic) and Social Media Analyst.
- Partner with the Art Director and creative team to ensure assets align with digital strategies and marketplace needs.
eCommerce & Marketplace Operations:
- Manage and optimize the brands eCommerce platform ensuring an exceptional user experience high conversion rates and sustained sales growth.
- Oversee Amazon and other digital marketplace operations including product listings advertising pricing strategies and sales performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure product availability accurate content and strong marketplace .
Performance & Analytics:
- Define and track KPIs across digital marketing eCommerce and marketplace channels providing regular performance updates to the CMO and leadership team.
- Use analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth improve ROI and guide decisionmaking across all channels.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Brand Managers to align digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategy and campaigns.
- Partner with the Social Media Manager to create engaging performancedriven content for digital platforms and marketplaces.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless across eCommerce and marketplaces.
Innovation & Growth:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in digital marketing eCommerce and digital marketplaces to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across all digital and marketplace channels leveraging data and insights to drive strategy.
Success Metrics:
- Increased eCommerce and marketplace sales revenue and profitability.
- Improved ROI across digital marketing and marketplace advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing eCommerce and marketplace management with at least 3 years in a demonstrated leadership role.
- Proven success managing Amazon and other digital marketplaces with a focus on advertising optimization and driving sales.
- Strong expertise in paid media SEO analytics and eCommerce platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
- Passion for empowering women and working in the health/wellness industry is a plus.
This role is essential to ensuring pHD Feminine Health and CONCRET lead in the digital and marketplace space empowering customers with trusted solutions while driving sustainable business growth. The role may be onsite hybrid or remote based.
