Headquartered in China our business is expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia. We are now building out our affiliate and creator ecosystem in Malaysia and Singapore empowering local talents MCNs and brands with cutting-edge tools and content solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
-To lead our affiliate and KOL marketing operations in Malaysia and Singapore. This is a strategic leadership role focused on growth performance optimization partner development and regional team building.
-As a key leader in our SEA expansion you will work across functions including product content and partnerships to grow our creator pipeline and enable AI-powered campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
-Define and drive the affiliate and influencer marketing strategy for Malaysia and Singapore aligned with regional business objectives.
-Build and manage a high-performing team to grow our affiliate/KOL network (both individual creators and agencies).
-Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including planning partner management incentive modeling reporting and performance optimization.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with creators MCNs influencer agencies and brand clients.
-Lead exclusive partner programs co-branded campaigns and AI-integrated influencer initiatives.
-Collaborate with internal AI product teams to implement smart tools (e.g. AI auto-scripting performance insights and creator scoring).
-Track key metrics such as ROI conversion engagement and retention.
-Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
-Lead cross-border partnership activations and creator strategies between Southeast Asia and China HQ.
Job Requirements:
-68 years of experience in affiliate marketing influencer marketing or performance-based social commerce ideally with regional exposure across Malaysia and Singapore.
-Proven ability to build and grow KOL/influencer networks and manage high-performing campaigns from end to end.
-Strong understanding of the creator economy and social commerce platforms in Southeast Asia including:
TikTok Shop Shopee Live Instagram Facebook Live and YouTube
Familiarity with cross-border influencer platforms (e.g. Xiaohongshu Douyin) is a plus.
-Data-driven with experience using analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills; capable of leading high-level partner discussions.
-Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus.
