Your Role
As a Bartender you are the curator of the guest experience from the very first sip. Whether preparing a timeless Negroni or crafting a bespoke cocktail that speaks to the season you bring elegance efficiency and warmth to every interaction. Youll work alongside a professional frontofhouse team to ensure seamless service that elevates the entire dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft with Care: Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency speed and attention to detail using premium ingredients and refined techniques.
- Guest Connection: Engage guests with charm and professionalism offering thoughtful recommendations and a personalized experience from aperitivo to nightcap.
- Maintain the Bar Program: Uphold inventory standards assist with ordering and support the development of seasonal cocktail features and wine pairings.
- Service Excellence: Collaborate closely with servers and managers to ensure flawless timing presentation and hospitality throughout the dining room and bar area.
- Clean & Composed: Maintain a clean organized and elegant bar environment aligned with the expectations of a fine dining establishment.
What You Bring
- Experience Required: 35 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of spirits wine and classic cocktails.
- Refined Palate: Understanding of flavor balance spirit profiles and how to elevate guest experiences through pairing and presentation.
- Professional Demeanor: Poised under pressure wellspoken and confident in both pace and precision.
- TeamOriented Mindset: A seamless communicator and collaborator with a genuine respect for hospitality and teamwork.
- Flexible Availability: Must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays.
