What youll do

Join an iconic brand that is redefining thepickup truck and rugged SUV marketplace. As aSenior Technical Product Manager you will be responsible forleading digital transformation in Aftersales and Parts Logistics ensuring customers and service teams haveseamless access to service repair and parts fulfillment tools. You will drive the strategy and development ofmobile and desktop applications empowering service teams parts managers and customers withintelligent realtime digital solutions.

This is what youll do:

  • Define and Lead Strategy: Developthe vision strategy and roadmap forAftersales and Parts Logistics platforms optimizinginventory management service repair workflows and digital parts sales.
  • Digitize Parts & Service Operations: Drivethe development ofmobile and desktop applicationsthat enhanceservice technician efficiency streamline parts ordering and optimize logisticsto reduce vehicle downtime.
  • Optimize Parts Logistics: Leadsolutions that enablerealtime parts availability predictive stocking and seamless order fulfillmentacross distribution centers and service locations.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Buildselfservice digital experiencesthat allow customers totrack parts availability schedule service and manage postpurchase vehicle needswith ease.
  • Drive Service Efficiency: Developdigital workflowsthat improve service operations enablingtechnicians advisors and parts managersto collaborate efficiently usingintelligent automated tools.
  • Integrate with Enterprise Systems: Partnerwith engineering and IT teams to integrate withERP inventory management and repair order systems ensuring seamless operations.
  • Leverage Data & AI: Utilizepredictive analytics and AIdriven insightsto enhance inventory forecasting technician task management and customer engagement.
  • Measure & Optimize Performance: Define KPIs and success metrics to track adoption efficiency and customer satisfaction iterating to continuously improve digital solutions.

Location & Travel Expectations:

  • This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Fremont California.
  • The responsibilities of this role will requireattendance in office with some inperson meetings and events.
  • Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the companyfrom time to time.

  • Experience:
    • 6 years oftechnical product management experiencewith a strong emphasis onAftersales Parts Logistics or Service Operations.
    • Proven track record of deliveringdigital solutions for automotive service parts management or logistics workflows.
    • Experience withB2B and B2C service platforms includingdealer fleet or directtoconsumer models.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong understanding ofinventory management systems order fulfillment platforms and logistics technology.
    • Experience integrating withERP CRM and service management platformsto enable scalable operations.
    • Preferred:Familiarity withmobile and webbased product development includingservice technician tools and parts ordering systems.
  • Skills:
    • Strong crossfunctional leadership and collaboration skills to alignengineering supply chain and service teams.
    • Datadriven decisionmaking with experience leveraginganalytics automation and predictive modelsto improve service efficiency.
    • Ability to translatecomplex logistics challengesintointuitive digital solutionsfor customers and internal teams.
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering Supply Chain or a related field. MBA oradvanced technical degreepreferred.

Pay Transparency

This is a fulltime exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidates skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range $150000.00 $180000.00
