WHAT YOULL BE DOING
The Quality Inspector is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure Metal Tech Division. Youre at the end of the of the line making sure our products are to specifications toptier and ready to hit the market.
Reporting to our Plant Manager youll primarily work with the production team and the yard team.
Principle Accountabilities
- Manage the quality manual and update as necessary to reflect our plant processes
- Look for and implement process improvements to reduce rework and eliminate waste
- Internal auditor for process compliance to the quality manual/quality operating system
- Perform sample inspections to ensure all products leaving the plant meet drawings and specifications. Implement CA/PA as required to resolve
- Project manage plant quality items: corrective action/preventive action program measurement equipment calibrations
- Project manage training matrix: quality program training weld qualifications
