We are looking for VC developer to join our payroll application SAFe team and to contribute to the growth of our business.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Developer with 5years experience to maintain and develop critical business applications in the Payroll domain using Visual C (MFC) with SQL Server as the database.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex business applications with high code quality and
ownership.
Perform impact analysis for change requests and root cause analysis for defects.
Monitor and manage technical debt using tools like CAST/SonarQube.
Identify and implement AI engineering solutions to enhance productivity and code quality.
Conduct code reviews and ensure highquality deliverables.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance.
Contribute to product modernization tooling and nonfunctional requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Core Skills (Mandatory)
4 to6yrs
Location Chennai
Visual C MFC Win32 API
Strong understanding of OOP templates STL and modern C concepts.
Memory management (pointers smart pointers optimization techniques).
Multithreading & concurrency (Windows threads synchronization).
Profiling & debugging using Visual Studio tools.
Git (BitBucket/Azure DevOps).
Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Additional Skills (Preferred)
C# (WinForms WPF .NET UI development).
MS SQL Server database management.
COM/DCOM programming
WinDbg debugging.
Technologies Used
Windows IIS PowerShell SQL Server Git Visual Studio.
