The Role

At Pantheon our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the first point of contact for potential customers playing a critical role in driving our growth. This role blends both inbound and outbound sales development meaning youll engage with prospects who have shown interest in Pantheon while also proactively reaching out to potential customers who may not yet know how our platform can transform their digital presence.

Your goal is to generate highquality opportunities for our Account Executive (AE) team by qualifying inbound leads conducting outbound prospecting and initiating meaningful conversations that drive pipeline growth. Whether responding to inbound inquiries researching and identifying new prospects or sparking conversations through cold calls emails and social outreach youll be instrumental in expanding Pantheons reach and building relationships with potential customers.

This is a remotefirst role with a preference for candidates located on the U.S. East Coast or in Ontario Canada.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Own inbound and outbound prospecting within your assigned territory building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Generate new opportunities for the sales teams by researching identifying and engaging potential customers.
  • Cold call and email prospects to initiate conversations and set up sales meetings.
  • Respond to inbound leads assessing their needs and determining fit for Pantheons solutions.
  • Communicate Pantheons value proposition tailoring outreach to resonate with different customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to drive pipeline growth and refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly monthly and quarterly targets for outbound activity and qualified opportunities.
  • Attend industry events (virtual and inperson) to support sales efforts.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A strong drive to learn a passion for technology and a willingness to engage with people.
  • Previous customerfacing experience in any capacity (support retail hospitality etc. is a plus.
  • Confidence in outreach to prospects through phone email and social channels.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced highvolume sales environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize inbound and outbound efforts effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset. Youll work closely with Account Executives and the broader sales team.
  • Familiarity with tools like G Suite Slack and Zoom with a willingness to learn new sales technologies.

Youll Stand Out If You Have:

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM SalesLoft 6Sense or other sales engagement platforms.
  • A proven track record in sales development (cold calling lead generation prospecting).
  • Previous experience at a SaaS or highgrowth startup.

Compensation:
The ontarget earnings (OTE) for this position is approximately:

  • 80000 USD per year for candidates based in the United States

  • 80000 CAD per year for candidates based in Ontario Canada

Our compensation ranges are determined by role level and location.
