Strategic service focus: Develops client strategies to manage plan costs and guide client through a multiyear planning process. Uses data analytics and current market trends to meet client objectives. Acts as a quarterback with our services teams to ensure the achievement of greater results. Advocates for changes and additions to our service platform that increase the value for our clients.
Proactive & scalable service orientation: Independently owns a book of business up to $1M in revenue. Manages the level of service provided to assigned accounts to meet department revenue profitability and retention goals and client expectations. Builds constructive and effective relationships at all levels of the client organization comfortable with healthy tension situations.
Technical knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge of managing fully insured and selffunded clients. Seeks understanding of current & emerging market trends and consults with clients. Reviews compliance & disclosure requirements vendor & carrier contracts and employee communications.
