Job Summary
- Operate a tow truck and perform emergency roadside assistance service.
- Provide safe and best in class roadside solutions while ensuring positive customer experiences.
- Communicate with dispatcher for information about service requests.
- Inspect tow truck on a daily basis and report routine maintenance as needed.
- Ensure member safety and vehicle security educate members on possible issues (e.g. battery checks jump starts and tire changes).
- Load and safely secures vehicles on tow truck without causing damage or harm to customer vehicles themselves or those around them.
- Accept calls and respond to dispatch or customers with ETA (estimated time of arrival).
- Keeps truck and equipment clean and well maintained.
- Assess the safety of the scene on arrival to ensure that the vehicle is in a safe location to provide service so as not to endanger the customer themselves or the tow truck
- Ask for assistance if unsure about a certain situation

Job Qualifications
- Active and valid drivers license issued by only one state or jurisdiction required
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: 12 years of related experience preferred*
- Training can be provided
- Support various fleet locations based on business needs to be flexible and work nights extended hours weekends and holidays.
