Job Summary
The Marketing Director plays a pivotal role on the Resident Acquisition team reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. This strategic position involves spearheading and executing initiatives to elevate our customer acquisition efforts with a particular focus on strategic initiatives such as BuildtoRent (BTR) and third property management. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader with deep expertise in digital marketing performancedriven acquisition strategies and a strong understanding of operational drivers to develop and execute comprehensive resident acquisition strategies. This individual will play a critical role in advancing corporate objectives optimizing marketing performance and ensuring leasing targets and occupancy goals are met. This role requires crossfunctional collaboration with teams across Investment Management Group (IMG) Operations Leasing and Property Management and Marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of using digital channels data analytics and automation to drive lead generation optimize conversions and execute highimpact marketing campaigns to for growth.
