RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS wanted for upscale Apartment Community Reno NV

Lewis Apartment Communities a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation currently seeks experienced residential Maintenance Technician for fulltime careers located atHarvest at Damonte Ranchour beautiful Lewisowned communityinReno Nevada.
To be considered you should have previousRESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
Our best Maintenance Techs haveskills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including:
1.Strong allaround residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry
2. Experience in carpentry electrical HVAC plumbing painting and appliance (dishwashers washers stoves etc. installation and repair
3.HVAC Certification is a big plus!
5. Making ready units for new occupancy
6. Maintaining units of current residents
7. Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
8. A great customer service personality and work ethic
Note: These responsibilities are a general summary of the job duties performed. Other duties may be required as needed.
Other requirements:
- Moving and transporting heavy objects as needed
- Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
- Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
- Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English.
NOTE: These careers requires reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. If candidates prefer to live onsite an onsite apartment may be available.
