Trailer Mechanic/Service Truck
About the Job
A successful candidate for this position would be asomeone with a minimum of 2 years Trailer Mechanic experience with a strong understanding of semitrailer diagnostics and repair. Someone who is selfmotivated safetyminded and is able to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers. Service truck experience is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER:
- $25$30/hour or commensurate with experience.
- Quarterly performance Bonus after 90 days.
- Schedule: MondayFriday/Days!

- Biweekly paychecks. Overtime after 40 hours.
- Clothing & boot allowance after 90 days.
- Tools and service truck supplied by RSS.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose malfunctions on all trailer systems.
- Troubleshoot repair and replace defective components.
- Perform regular checkups and preventative maintenance on trailers and parts including: ABS air brakes frame body suspension and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with other staff receive & execute work instruction in a timely & proper manner.
- Help maintain positive working relationships with current customers.
- Properly operate the mobile Service Truck.
- Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck.
Requirements:
- Musthave at least 2 years of direct Trailer Mechanic experience
- Valid Drivers License.
- Ability to pass the DOT physical and drug screen.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Outdoor mobile service mechanic.
