Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Loan Associate to support our loan officers in managing loan documentation verifying credit information and ensuring smooth loan processing in compliance with banking regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and agricultural lending along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is an inoffice position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process complex loans with minimal assistance.
- Collaborate with Loan Officers and Credit Analysts to input data into loan software for underwriting.
- Gather and order initial collateral information.
- Work with Loan Operations to prepare and order loan documentation.
- Handle loan closings in Loan Officers absence.
- Ensure timely loan funding and lien documentation recording.
- Manage incoming documentation and communication to collect missing information.
- Assist clients with inquiries and requests.
- Mentor and train Loan Associate team members.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree from twoyear college or technical school; a minimum of oneyear related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
