Overview:
Optimum Health & Wellness Physical Therapy is rapidly growing and is now hiring a fulltime Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Ketchikan AK. This position includes a combination of neuro and orthopedic caseloads. Join our communityfocused private practice with an onsite wellness gym program and be mentored by the company owner and skilled team members in various specialties. Youll also have opportunities to develop skills in diagnostic testing making this a unique role in the field.
Our therapists take pride in providing personalized highquality care. This is a salaried position with production bonus incentives available.

Salary Range:
- Fulltime Salary: $85000 to $100000.
Caseload / Patient Population:
- Patient Care: Oneonone therapy sessions scheduled in 60minute appointment slots.
- Weekly Patient Load: 3840 patients.
- Demographics: All age ranges with a variety of outpatient diagnoses. Ideal for those interested in broadening their knowledge in orthopedics while having opportunities for specialization.
Work Schedule:
- Clinic Hours: Monday Friday 7 AM 6 PM.
- WorkLife Balance: No weekends no evenings no holidays. Flexible scheduling with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic team.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
- Licensure: Eligible for Alaska state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience: No experience required; new grads are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Ideal candidates should have an interest in diagnostics and possess strong handson patient care and manual therapy skills.
