Job Description

Implementation of Avaya Aura Experience Portal AAEP 7.x)
Responsible for overall data /call flow design and development of sophisticated IVR applications for Avaya
Developing Avaya EP IVR applications in AAOD (Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer)
Configuration/Monitoring of IVR & Java based applications and Databases and troubleshooting AAEP
Design and Development of supporting applications for Java IVR CTI Avaya CMS etc.
Exposure to AIC (Avaya Interaction Center 7.3.x) native SDKs
Design and development of database for Java and IVR applications
Implementation and Support of Java based solutions with wide expertise in:
Java(JDK 1.8/Swing/JDBC
Java multithreading REST SOAP Web Services & Microservices using Spring framework XML JavaScript DB concepts like Oracle RDBMS PL/SQL MySQL
App Server like WAS/JBoss/Tanuki/Apache/Tomcat Server
Eclipse IDEA SQL Developer Ant Subversion JIRA Confluence Static AppScan 2way SSL implementations Liaise with diverse teams in IT and business to facilitate incident analysis and resolution. Support to business team on site/on call during application testing and issue resolution Prepare functional and technical spec documentation. Adhere to Project Lifecycle complying to policies and procedures ensuring quality software delivery to business and stakeholders
