Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Automotive Service Advisor to join our winning team. The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed. They may also set up loaner cars and verify insurance before maintenance is scheduled.

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone that is reliable and honest. Someone that will
continuously seek an efficient and customer friendly process that will enable the
service department to grow. This person must be goal oriented and a leader. The
ideal individual is confident passionate and looking to succeed.

- Strong sales skills and proven track record.
- Expert at developing a strong and professional relationship.
- Outgoing and friendly personality especially while handling objections.
- Strong attention to details.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.
- Performing vehicle walkaround and documentation of customer concerns.
- Prioritizing required services and providing options upon request
- Manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customerexpectations.
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and follows regulationsand safety standards.
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
- Attends all staff meetings trainings and educational classes as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
