Job Description:
In this role you will:
Be customer focused able to multitask in a high volume community counseling center
Answering phones taking messages and scheduling client appointments
Setting up charts filing archiving purging charts and billing for medical services visits
Registering new clients for services
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum 1 year in a clerical support role
Have computer skills and experience working with electronic health records
Possess excellent communication customer service and organizational skills
Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
