Experience: Min 10 Years in Manufacturing Generalist HR with IR
Job Responsibilities :
- To implement the HR policy and Procedure at plant level with adhering to the corporate guideline
- Responsible forRecruitmentof up to middle management level employees
- To conduct theinduction and orientationof New joinee
- To HandleER and IR Industrial court cases.
- HR Compliance for Plant
- To executeHR Automationproject
- PlantHR Budgeting& Tracking
- HR MIS
- Payroll & Statutory compliance
- HR Automation
- EHS
- Statutory & Sox Audit
- HR Operations
- MIS
- Union Handling
- To execute Employee Engagement activity
- Monthly payroll related statutory compliance like PF PT ESIC TDS
- Implement a performance management system and increment payouts.
- Payroll processing for plant location
- HR and admin budgeting and forecasting for plant location
- Legal and statutory plant compliances
- Manpower planning and recruitment
