A little about this position:
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Handles general building maintenance work orders as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience.
- Construction and service experience required.
- Professional certifications preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of building systems including plumbing mechanical electrical and overall physical plant.
- Extensive knowledge of the California Plumbing Code.
- Strong communications interpersonal skills / customer relations.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as required at times.
- Ability to operate company vehicles and machinery Must have a valid CA drivers license
Hourly pay rate: $34.38 to $39.03
