Job Summary:
We are looking for an experiencedTech Leadto drive the development of cuttingedge AIpowered applications. You will be responsible for designing developing and deploying AI agents training Large Language Models (LLMs) and leading a team in building scalable fullstack applications. Your expertise inOpenAI JavaScript (ReactJS MongoDB) cloud infrastructure (GCP) and relational databases (SQL)will be crucial in shaping our AIdriven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:Guide and mentor a team of developers ensuring best practices in coding architecture and AI development.
- AI & LLM Development:Train and finetuneLarge Language Models (LLMs)using OpenAI and other frameworks to develop AIpowered applications.
- AI Agent Development:Design and implement AI agents for automation decisionmaking and NLPbased solutions.
- FullStack Development:Build and optimize web applications usingReactJS MongoDB or SQLbased relational databases.
- Cloud & Infrastructure:.Experience withGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) AWS or Azurefor cloudbased deployment and infrastructure management.
- Database Management:Design efficient database schemas usingMongoDB (NoSQL) or SQLbased relational databasesfor data integrity and performance.
- Collaboration & Innovation:Work with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.
- Code Reviews & Best Practices:Ensure highquality code through reviews documentation and adherence to software development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experiencein software development with leadership responsibilities.
- Proficiency inJavaScript (ReactJS Node.js)for building scalable frontend and backend applications.
- Handson experience withOpenAI APIsand finetuningLLMs (GPT BERT etc..
- Strong knowledge ofAI agent development prompt engineering and NLP solutions.
- Expertise inMongoDB (NoSQL) or SQLbased relational databases.
- Experience withGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)services such asCloud Functions Firestore BigQuery and AI/ML toolsor Azurefor cloudbased deployment and infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding ofAPI development microservices architecture and cloudnative applications.
- Experience inDevOps CI/CD and containerization (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to lead a team in an agile environment.
