Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the hiring needs for roles such as delivery executives drivers warehouse staff machine operators and other bluecollar positions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals social media employee referrals and local networks.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluations to assess candidates skills experience and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Build strong relationships with local agencies and training institutes for candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.
