Job Description
We are a top producing real estate team in one of the largest and well respected brokerages in Naples. Our brokerage takes advantage of technology to make selling real estate so much easier and more powerful. Our team focuses on a very indepth training program where you spend a short period each morning learning a new set of real estate skills that you can then put into practice that day.
We are approachable! Our team is a husband and wife team that take pride in being available and ready to help agents. Quite frankly we want you to be highly successful and earn a lot of money! There are no secrets on the teamwe show youexactly what you should do each day to be very successful in this career.
We will:
- Provide you with more than enough leads to hit your income goal
- Give you a tiered approach that gives you the opportunity to earn things like a transaction coordinator marketing materials yard signs etc. so you dont have to pay for much
- Be available for support calls and mentoring
- Far more that we can discuss later

- Must have an active Florida real estate license
- No prior sales experience needed
- Must be willing and open to learning. Our team is based on agent education.
- Must want to work full time. Our clients deserve a dedicated agent.
