Salary: $100000 $135000 annually to start (depending on qualifications) plus annual performance incentives (total comp up to $125155K)

Salary: $100000 $135000 annual plus incentives $125000 $155000
Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the IT Manager is to oversee the daytoday operations of the IT department ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of IT services and solutions. The IT Manager leads and manages the IT team providing guidance support and development opportunities. Additionally the IT Manager maintains the organizations IT infrastructure ensuring accurate documentation of IT systems and processes effective of IT projects and successful implementation of security protocols. As a key member of the IT department the IT Manager supports the achievement of organizational goals by contributing to strategic decisions and spearheading initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce business continuity risks.

Technical Skills:
Project Management: Proven experience in managing IT projects including planning and monitoring.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
Ability to pass background screening requirements including identity verification education verification criminal history checks motor vehicle record (MVR) checks and drug screening in compliance with local laws.

Physical Requirements:
Long periods of stationary work working on a computer moving between various work areas going up and down stairs talking on the phone working with office/computer equipment and sitting at desk or table while listening talking and taking notes.
